Jeremy Rover

Jeremy is a Senior Network Standards Engineer within the Federal & Industrial Solutions Division at Intel Corporation. Jeremy has participated in standards development organizations for 20+ years, serving the roles of: Chair of Test Tool Validation TG in the Avnu Alliance for Wired TSN, Avnu's representative in TSN Industrial Automation Conformance Collaboration (TIACC); Vice-Chair of Core Technology WG and Chair of the Data Modeling WG in Open Connectivity Foundation; Chair of the Compliance Program Working Group in the Near Field Communications (NFC) Forum; Vice-Chair of Certification Program WG in the NFC Forum; NFC Forum Liaison to Bluetooth SIG and PTCRB; Chair of Specialized Test Equipment Group for the WiMAX Forum; Editor for Managed and Public Access Specification for Wi-Fi Alliance. 

Jeremy's background in developing of testability methodology for compliance/certification testing and in the development of test tools draws from his experience in Intel labs developing test plans, tools, and test architectures for Intel's Centrino Wi-Fi Platform and hotspot initiative as well as Intel's WiMAX Platform. Jeremy holds international patents in self-organizing network technologies. 

Within OPAF, Jeremy has served as the lead and technical editor of Part 3 and rallied the TWG editors and Part Owners to generate testable specifications and traceable conformance requirements.  Jeremy is also deeply involved in the CWG and the upcoming launch of O-PAS Certification.
